Ways To Maintain A Healthy Life :)


                   As we all know,there are many kinds of disease spreading nowadays such as cancer,heart attack,obesity and many more. However, we still have the chance to prevent ourselves from being sick. There are many ways that we can take to maintain a healthy life.

                   Firstly, we must control our regular food intake. We have to follow the food pyramid. For example, we need to reduce our intake on carbohydrates and sugars such as rice, cakes, sweets, carbonated drinks and many more. These will lead us to obesity due to excess carbohydrates in our body. Besides that, we also must cut down the intake of fats and oils such as fried food. Excess fats in our body will increase our cholesterol level. Increasing cholesterol will block our blood vessels in our heart. This will cause our blood pressure to increase and therefore, it will lead us to heart attack. Furthermore, we need to eat more fibre such as fruits and vegetables. Fibres will prevent us from constipation. Vegetables such as carrots can prevent us from night blindness because it contains vitamin A. Besides, oranges contain vitamin C which can prevent us from scurvy. On top of that, we must consume more calcium such as milk to make our bones grow stronger and healthier.

                    Besides food, we also must exercise regularly to stay fit and healthy. For example, we can jog, cycle, swim, and many more exercises during our free time. By exercising, we can burn our fats and thus reduce our cholesterol level in our body. This will prevent us from obesity and heart attack. Moreover, our heart will be stronger by pumping more blood when doing vigorous activites. Therefore, our cardiovascular system will be healthier and stronger. Other than that, exercise will also help our muscle to stay fit.

                     Moreover, we also have to stay mentally healthy. For example, we must control our stress level due to our personal problems. Uncontrolled stress will increase our blood pressure and causes heart attack. Besides that, if we have any problems, we have to share it with someone in order to solve the problem and get some advice. This way, we are more relieved. Do not do silly actions when we have problems such as suicide.  This happens among teenagers who have love problems. We must resolve our problems in a healthy way so that we will be happy.

                     Lastly, it is very important for us to stay fit and healthy. Healthy life will make us and our family happy.
